Shipping policy

Processing time
I use a third-party printing company to dispatch orders, they aim to dispatch within 3-5 business days as all products are made to order. During busy periods this time can be extended, I always aim to keep the customer updated with the most up to date timescales. 
Shipping
There are different options for shipping including express, please select the relevant option at the checkout.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Covid-19 delays
Unfortunately in these unprecedented times, there have been delays due to local lockdowns and reduced staff at postal services due to social distancing etc. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
